Construction remains on schedule, with Broadrock and Cascara in the final 8-12 week stretch across sitework, landscaping, finishes, and punch/lockouts. Sitka and Klipsan continue working through finishing interiors, installing and completing elevators, painting and trim, etc. All 4 building lobbies are in progress, Broadrock and Cascara closest to completion, with the mailboxes going in and Hyas Point’s leasing offices taking form.
