Sitework made a big leap in July with curbs and sidewalks going in and siding work completing on Broadrock and Cascara. Broadrock finalized units (from the top down) in preparation for punch starting the second week of August, and pavers installation on the amenity deck started, looking to finish up later this month. Cascara is following closely about 2-3 weeks behind Broadrock, with all balconies there completing install in July. Our Sitka is now a beautiful green hue to really show off that tree motif, thanks to intensive exterior painting efforts throughout July. Klipsan finalized its WRB wrapping and is beginning exterior siding installation. Looking ahead, August will be busy with curbs and sidewalk work continuing, overhead doors installation starting, and hopefully launching pre-leasing efforts. It is exciting to see the buildings start to match their renderings from years ago!
