Things continue to move on schedule on the construction site with site work leading the charge, including extensive splash pad work. Broadrock, our first building set to open within the next 90 days, continues to work through a very thorough punch process while the finishing touches complete around the building. Cascara will follow close behind, with punch for those residential units starting in October. Sitka and Klipsan continue work on installation of balconies, doors, and cabinets, while ground floor storefront installation also progresses. Operationally, things have been extremely busy the past couple of weeks in preparation for leasing, and rates and tours officially launched 9/1 for Broadrock and Cascara!
