January was a busy one for framing on Klipsan (Building A), which just topped out last week, and the incredible lofted roof trusses are going up in earnest. Klipsan framing will complete in February, and then structural work will complete across Hyas Point – incredible! While things might have looked quiet on the outside of Broadrock and Cascara, there was a lot happening on the inside, with utilities infrastructure pulling down the building and drywall work beginning. We are getting an increase of interest in commercial space, so be sure to reach out if you know anyone who might want to have a business at Hyas Point.
