December was a busy month with framing wrapping up. What you might not see in the pictures is the work happening inside Broadrock, with all windows installed and plumbing and electrical finishing up in preparation for drywall, which started on the last week of the month up on the very top floor. Storefront is starting to go in at the ground floor level there as well, which is exciting as tours for interested commercial tenants continue (if you are interested, send an inquiry through our Contact Us page or contact our commercial brokers directly). Meanwhile, inside Cascara, plumbing and electrical is installing in earnest, with windows also going in to close up the building. In exciting news, Sitka topped out in December and is preparing for interior work, and Klipsan framing continues toward top out as well. We had a slow couple of weeks to end the year, but the site is full speed ahead to start 2026 as our subcontractors head inside. Happy New Year!
