May work continued inside Broadrock and Cascara, with more progress on the exterior of Sitka and Klipsan. While last month was progressive, we had a lot of activity just in the last 2 weeks – our switchgear was fully installed, which means we have permanent power across all buildings! This is huge as our team expertly navigated switchgear delivery delays, but now it allows us to power the buildings including lights, HVAC, and the elevator, which recently started going in. Broadrock elevators should wrap up installation this week, with the team moving to install Cascara’s next. Elevators for the last 2 buildings are currently en route via truck from the east coast for installation later this month. In the meantime, the exterior panels for Sitka will start painting once we get a stretch of dry weather and that special green tone of the tree motif will start to appear up the sides of the building. Klipsan is rapidly undergoing WRB wrapping and will finish up in the coming weeks. Balcony installation began on Broadrock this week, adding layered dimension to the exterior look that is very cool. We look forward to the summer and are hoping things don’t get too hot out there!
