April was another productive month at Hyas Point. Broadrock (Building C) is full speed ahead – Levels 5 and 6 completed accessories and appliance installation, with those floors ready for final cleaning in short order, and subcontractors continue to work down the building to get all the floors complete. As units get final cleaning, they will be tarped to preserve cleanliness until opening! Cascara (Building D) is right behind Broadrock with tile and paint finishing up on Level 6, with accessories and appliances to follow in the coming weeks. Sitka (Building B) continues with soffits and drywall in preparation for cabinets, and Klipsan (Building A) has windows going in to close up the building for interior work to begin soon.
