March had days of both torrential downpours and 70-degree sunshine, and now that we are waterproofing the final building, we are really seeing most of the work now happening inside the buildings. Apartments are coming together and looking closer and closer to move-in ready. Exterior facades are also going up, which is fun because the buildings start to really look like the renderings. April will continue to see heavy interior work continue as the subcontractors move through floor by floor to get the apartments ready for cabinets and paint. So, while the live stream might not look too exciting these days, we can assure you there is a lot of activity happening behind closed doors!
