RKm Development is the private development partner of Hyas Point, the newest mixed-use waterfront destination on the Columbia River. This remarkable new district comes to life with retailers, residences, and businesses. Hyas Point is the product of many people’s tireless efforts. • April 16, 2019 – The Port of Camas-Washougal announces partnership with Master Plan Developer, RKm Development of Portland, OR
• July 1, 2019 – YBA Architects announced as Master Plan and Phase 1 lead architect for the 35 acre “Parker’s Landing” site
• July 2019 – December 2019 – YBA Architects and RKm complete extensive community engagement exercises through public charrettes, open community discussion sessions, and concept revisions
• December 16, 2019 – The Port of Camas-Washougal Commission approves Phase 1 Master Plan of the Waterfront at Parker’s Landing

• December 16, 2020 – Killian Pacific presents plans for the Parker’s Landing Public Park and Ninebark, a garden-style residential building along the waterfront, east of the Hyas Point site
• February 3, 2021 – RKm presents Phase 1 Concept Plan for The Waterfront at Parker’s Landing
• March 17, 2021 – Port Commissioners vote unanimously to approve the Master Lease Agreement between the Port of Camas-Washougal and RKm Development
• March 22, 2021 – Washougal City Council approves the Waterfront at Parker’s Landing Development Agreement by a vote of 7-1
• April 2021 – December 2023 – YBA Architects and RKm complete full design set for Hyas Point Phase 1 and concept design for Hyas Point Phase 2

• January 23, 2024 – RKm presents Phase 2 Concept Plan for The Waterfront at Parker’s Landing, now Hyas Point
• October 31, 2024 – RKm breaks ground on Phase 1 with LMC Construction as the General Contractor partner

• Winter 2024 – Infrastructure and earthwork commence
• Summer 2025 – Vertical construction commences
• October 31, 2025 – Hyas Point reaches top-out milestone

• June 25, 2026 – Construction financing closes on Hyas Point Phase 1
• December 1, 2026 – Broadrock Occupancy and first move-ins
• December 18, 2026 – Cascara Occupancy
• January 18, 2027 – Sitka Occupancy
• March 15, 2027 – Klipsan Occupancy – Hyas Point Phase 1 Complete
